In September 2023, our team delivered the first iteration of the USDA Partner Portal. This MVP would be used as a HUB for ongoing development as the USDA tests ideas and learns from the next group of partner cohorts.

Our Solution
The portal condensed information from many sites and documents across many government agencies and presented them in one organized area that highlighted services aimed at traditionally underserved communities.
My Role
As a strategist, I evaluated the current AskUSDA and Events experiences and developed recommendations for integration into future releases. As the Web SME, I provided oversight for the information architecture, design patterns, and publishing through Drupal.
